Two-Toned Pinwheel Instructions
You will need 2 pieces of 8.5 in x 11 in card stock.
(1) 5 inch piece of craft wire
Cut 1 or 2 pieces of card stock using the template provided. This may be cut with scissors, a Silhouette or other cutting machine. If you cut 2 pieces, stack one on top of the other.
Using crafting pliers – make a small circle with the wire.
Optional: There are 2 circle pieces. You can put the circle pieces on first AND last. I did not use them in my example.
Stack each of the wings on top of one another. Slide the wire through all the holes including the hole in the middle.
Bend wire. Loop wire around dowel or pencil.
Ta Da! Your pinwheel is all done.
