I have fallen in love with trinket boxes lately. Not only are they great for keeping small things organized, they are cute and easy. Trinket boxes also make great gifts – who doesn’t have trinkets that need to be stored?
The Gorgeous Indian Brushstroke Sari Silk from Darn Good Yarn worked perfectly to create the trinket box. How the Sari Silk ribbon yarn is made is impressive. The Sari Silk I used was made in India. The ribbon is hand crafted from reclaimed fabric, and empowers women in poor countries to support themselves and their families.
