Almost as Easy (also works with pork chops)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

1) Slap a few boneless skinless chicken breasts into a baking dish or a pie pan or one of those oven skillets – whatever you use for oven cooking will work.

2) Drizzle olive oil over the chicken.

3) Open your cupboard and pull out any of the items listed below
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Italian seasonings.
What you don’t have, omit, it won’t change the taste enough to notice.
Sprinkle any of the above ingredients over the chicken, then bake for about 20 minutes.

4) Flip, resprinkle all ingredients, except the olive oil and bake for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

5) Serve with rice and veggies.

Nearly as Easy (but may require a quick stop at the market)
THE BEST Chicken you’ll ever bake.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

1) Grab a Zip Lock and a packet of Montreal Steak Marinade by McCormick.
Mix the marinade according to the instruction on the packet, except instead of adding stake, drop in your boneless skinless chicken breasts

2) I like to leave the chicken marinating over night, but since you need to make it now, give it 5 minutes.

3) Move the chicken into some kind of baking dish or pie pan and cook for about 20 minutes, flip then bake for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

In about 40 minutes you’ll have dinner – I can’t imagine you can make chicken any faster than that – BUT IF YOU CAN LEAVE A COMMENT AND TELL ME HOW!!!!!
